What we are for
The price is the part most companies hide.
Most households do not put off a battery because they doubt the technology. They put it off because nobody will tell them what it costs until they have surrendered a phone number, and because the figure that eventually arrives has a margin in it they cannot see.
Solar Up exists to remove both. The price is on the page. It starts where it starts because we buy at volume as an authorised distributor, and it is not marked up again on the way to site because New Ability Energy installs it directly.
That is the whole mechanism. There is no membership, no introductory rate and no figure that changes once someone has been to the house.
Premium equipment is not the expensive part. The expensive part is everyone who touches it on the way to your roof.

As low as we can buy it, as well as we can build it
Two commitments, and they do not pull against each other. Solar Up buys at volume as an authorised distributor, so the price starts where a distributor buys rather than where a reseller does. New Ability Energy installs it with its own electricians and carries the warranty, so nothing is saved by shortening the install. The figure is published either way, before a name or a number is asked for.

No figure we cannot source
No savings estimate before we have seen a bill. No rebate quoted as an exact dollar amount when it is delivered through a certificate market that moves. Every number on this site carries the government page it came from.

One conversation, not a campaign
One phone call and one email. Nobody is called repeatedly because they looked at a page, and nothing is held back to create a reason to ring again.

The brand is named before you commit
You know which battery, which inverter and which panels before anything is signed. If we would not put it on our own house we will tell you that too.

The licences your system is installed under.
Solar Up sells the system. New Ability Energy holds the accreditations, does the install, and carries the contract and the warranty. These are the ones that apply to your job.

New Ability Energy is an electrical contractor with its own team of electricians. It holds the accreditation, the contract and the warranty on every system Solar Up sells, and its crews do the work.
That is the answer to the question this industry has earned: will you still be there in ten years for the warranty. The contract sits with a company that has been operating for a decade, not with a sales brand assembled last quarter.
The two exist separately because they are two different jobs. New Ability Energy is known as an electrical contractor. Solar Up was created to carry the group's renewable work under its own name and to open equipment supply. Routing follows the need rather than the customer: equipment and supply come to Solar Up, contracting goes to New Ability Energy.
